Return
You can return items within 15 days when you receive the products, and before that, please e-mail us at service@juicy2u.com.com to get return address. They need to be returned with their original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund.
Regrettably, items engraved, embossed or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Cancellations & Exchanges
If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Making Returns' in those instances. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return. 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 5-10 days after we received the returns.
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit and are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
